Cassis Bake is a local bakery in East York, Upper Beaches. We use organic flour, organic milk, all-natural 100% Canadian cream, and Free -run eggs, local and natural ingredients as much as possible. They are all made from scratch. We are locally producing artisanal, handmade desserts, bread & pastries using French traditional baking techniques.

We have different types of indivisual pastries, and desserts changing weekly, monthly, and seasonally. Also, We’ll have some items all year.
We’ll makle whole cake/tarts by order. Please order by e-mail or in person at our store. Please allow us to have 72 hr notice.
